Course’s purpose

People credited with this chemical handling unit standard will be able to demonstrate knowledge of: technical vocabulary and documentation for hazardous substances; the properties and effects of hazardous substances; precautions relating to the storage and handling of hazardous substances in the workplace; and responsibilities relating to the safe storage and handling of hazardous substances.
