NZQA Unit Standard 21153: Demonstrate and apply knowledge of dewatering, pump maintenance, and settling ponds at an extractive site – Level 3, 5 Credits

Learning Objectives:
- Demonstrate knowledge of the water management system at an extractive site, and of the measurement of the volume and quality of water to be discharged from that site.
- Demonstrate knowledge of pump maintenance, and demonstrate knowledge of maintaining drains and settling ponds in accordance with resource consent conditions and company procedures.
