Confined Space and Gas Testing Refresher Training
The criteria for refresher courses remain the same as previously, the learner must already hold the Unit Standards they are refreshing.
Refresher training is not a legal requirement; however, it is strongly recommended to ensure compliance with the Health & Safety Legislation and its industry "good practice" guidelines.
It is generally seen as good work practice that trainees refresh these unit standards every 2 years. The duration of this course is 4 hours and will cover the unit Standards and a practical exercise to reinforce the trainee's knowledge of working in a Confined Space & Gas Testing. less NZQA 18426 - Demonstrate knowledge of hazards associated with confined spaces - Level 3, 4 Credits
