- Develop a comprehensive maintenance plan that meets operational, safety, legislative, and company requirements.
- Allocate resources, schedule maintenance activities, and establish recording and reporting processes.
- Implement and monitor maintenance plans to ensure compliance, productivity, and effective asset management.
- Apply contingency measures to minimise operational disruptions caused by equipment breakdowns.
- Review and evaluate maintenance plans, making recommendations for continuous improvement and enhanced operational performance.
